One of our favourite tropical cocktails, the Tropical Glacier is a refreshing summer drink, perfect with any meal and to cool down after an active day in the sun. Satori is our twist on the classic Pina Colada, it is full of tropical flavours that combine perfectly with the cucumber and quinine.
Ingredients:
- Place a long slice cucumber in a tall (Collins) glass (330-360ml)
- ½ fill with ice
- 60ml (4 nips) Satori
