Coral Reef

Easy version:

• In a 10 oz (285ml) Collins glass over ice:
• Double 7^th Heaven
• Single Red Curacao or Peach Schnapps
• Juice of 1/4 Lime
• 1 tspn Grenadine syrup
• Top with lemonade

Premium version

• Prepare a skewer with a slice of Lime and Tangerine or Tangelo, 1/4 Strawberry, and a Pineapple cube (skewer through the skin)
• Place 1 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds in a mortar and muddle.
• Add double 7^th Heaven and muddle. Strain into a 10 oz (285ml) Collins glass 3/4 filled with ice. Add a few seeds for visual effect if desired.
• Add a single Red Curacao or Peach Schnapps
• Squeeze in the juice of 1/4 lime
• Place the fruit skewer
• Top with lemonade.
